The room, while generous in size, falls short in maintenance. the TV didn’t work, and the bathroom fan rattled loudly throughout the night. Stained sheets, a dirty shower, and dust on furniture added to the discomfort, and the ice machine was out of order during my stay.

I also dealt with a malfunctioning ice machine, which was frustrating. Breakfast offerings were adequate, but there wasn’t a lot of variety. Customer service appeared to be lacking at times, with long waits for attention at the front desk. Despite these issues, the size of the room was a positive aspect that made our stay manageable. Overall, with improvements in cleanliness and service, this hotel could be much better.

The staff here really went outta their way to make us feel welcomed just like the young lady at the front desk who was so friendly and attentive even when they had no rooms available to start with and they also gave us a list of nearby restaurants which made things super easy for dinner after a long day and was very helpful especially traveling with my family
